Social Media & Marketing Intern

AtVenture is on a mission to close the funding and wealth gaps by activating more diverse angel investors and supporting diverse founders. We educate new angels, fund early-stage startups, and build a community where diverse perspectives shape the future of investing. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Marketing Intern to strengthen our brand and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

What you’ll do

Social media & content creation

Help building the content strategy
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Research and create posts that resonate with diverse angels and founders
Write short captions, hooks, and micro-stories
Develop impactful visuals and carousels in Canva
Edit videos, repurpose webinar clips, and help build a content library

Growth & community

Grow our social media followers with smart, consistent content
Engage with our online community
Spot trends and best practices on social media platforms

Marketing support

Help plan and execute content calendars
Support customer journey, newsletters, event promotion, and campaigns
Assist with website updates on Wix
Track basic metrics and suggest improvements

Event organisation

Support planning and organising AtVenture events and workshops
Help with logistics, registrations, communications, and on-site coordination
Capture content during events (photos, short videos, stories)

What you bring

A natural feel for social media (especially IG Reels and TikTok)
Strong interest in startups, investing, entrepreneurship and/or diversity
Strong organizational, communications and planning skills
Creativity, curiosity, and initiative
Experience with Wix, Notion and Canva (or willingness to learn quickly)
Good English writing skills
A genuine interest in AtVenture’s mission

Investments & Operations Intern

We're looking for an analytical, proactive Investments & Operations Intern to help us evaluate startups, support our investment process, improve our operations, and build the systems that enable AtVenture to scale.

What you’ll do

Investment & Dealflow

Review startup pitch decks and supporting materials
Conduct market, competitor and business model research
Support due diligence and investment analysis
Help prepare investment memos and Investment Committees
Track startups throughout our dealflow process
Join founder meetings and investor discussions
Help maintain and improve our dealflow database

Operations & Growth

Improve internal processes and operational workflows
Help optimise systems in Notion and other tools
Support planning and execution of strategic projects
Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI
Build dashboards, templates and documentation that help the team work more efficiently

Community & Events

Facilitate the onboarding of new community members
Support the organisation of angel investing events, workshops and pitch sessions
Help coordinate communications with founders, investors and partners
Assist with registrations, logistics and follow-up
Capture key insights and help document learnings

Research & Ecosystem

Research trends in angel investing, venture capital and startups
Identify potential ecosystem partners and collaboration opportunities
Help build and maintain investor, founder and partner databases
Support research for reports, presentations and thought leadership
