That pretty much captures our November in-person AtVenture Angels Meet Founders event.

We came together at Equals with an inspiring mix of angels and founders. What stood out immediately was the quality of the room: powerful pitches, thoughtful questions, and open, constructive conversations. Exactly the kind of environment we are intentionally building at AtVenture.

Homemade

Mahmoud El Wakil

A hyperlocal food platform connecting home chefs with hungry neighbours for fresh, affordable meals.

The discussions were sharp, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Angels challenged assumptions, founders shared openly, and the focus stayed on learning, traction, and long-term impact.

Momentum that continues

The energy didn’t stop in the room. Twenty additional angels who couldn’t attend in person are already watching the recordings and signaling interest in exploring the startups further. A strong reminder that when you create the right environment, momentum follows.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked great questions, and helped make the evening what it was. These are exactly the kinds of conversations that lead to better decisions and better outcomes.

And this is only the beginning. Our next Angels Meet Founders session takes place on 11 December (online), with new editions planned every month throughout 2026. All designed to create more opportunities for angels and founders to connect with clarity, purpose, and diversity at the center.
