At AtVenture, we’ve always believed that learning to invest should go hand in hand with doing it. Reading about term sheets, valuations, and due diligence is one thing, but truly understanding what it means to back a founder, weigh a risk, and make an investment decision takes real-world experience.

That’s why we’re taking the next step. Starting with our very first cohort, AtVenture will reinvest a percentage of the Angel Accelerator program’s revenue into a startup selected together with our participants.

A hands-on learning journey with real stakes

Throughout the program, participants learn every aspect of angel investing, from sourcing deals and evaluating founders to understanding legal terms and building a portfolio strategy. But in the final module, it all comes together.

The group will review real startups, identify red and green flags, debate opportunities, and make an investment decision as a cohort. Together, they’ll decide which founder to back and AtVenture will invest a portion of the program revenue in that company on their behalf.

It’s a true “learning by doing” experience, where participants don’t just simulate investing — they actually shape an investment that makes a difference.

Why we’re doing this

We designed the Angel Accelerator to help new and aspiring angels invest with confidence, clarity, and purpose. But we also want to make sure that every euro spent on learning translates into real-world impact.
