AtVenture is not a closed space only for underrepresented groups. It is a space for people who want to actively contribute to a more diverse, balanced and resilient investment ecosystem.

Because the work we are doing, closing funding and wealth gaps and shifting more capital toward diverse founders, doesn’t happen in isolation. It moves faster when more people are involved.

And there is a simple reality we can’t ignore.

If we want capital to flow more fairly and more broadly, the whole ecosystem needs to be part of the solution. Including the men who currently hold a large share of investing power, decision-making influence and networks.
